Your First Visit

From the moment you walk into our office you will feel that Preston Dental Centre is unlike any other dental office you have been in before. The inviting front desk, curved granite counter, black slate floors, windows in every room and even the flat screen TV in the waiting room will tell you that Preston Dental Centre is a unique office.

If this is your first visit you will be asked to fill out a "Medical History" click here (PDF) to download and e-mail or bring on you first visit. You can save time on your first visit to Preston Dental Centre by downloading and completing the form and forwarding the completed form to newpatients@prestondentalcentre.com. We can even contact you to book your first appointment and have the form printed and ready to sign when you arrive.

Your first visit will include a full dental / oral health assessment by one of our dentists, digital X-rays, a review of your medical history form and diagnostic models if necessary.

Above each chair in Preston Dental Centre there is a TV screen that can be used to demonstrate a treatment plan via computer models, to link to the intra-oral cameras so that our dentists can show you areas of need or simply to watch television during your visit (complete with wireless headsets).

If you are a new patient and arrive for a full and comprehensive new patient exam we will offer you a tooth whitening kit at no charge.
